Vegas night and day

Good morning doggies, here's a few more pictures of Las Vegas. Looking very much forward to coming home tonight.

This is looking at the sunrise from my hotel room on the 33rd floor at the Mandalay Bay.

Everything looks so different in the daylight. Not nearly as glittery, but just as grand.

All of the pets are still larger than life.

The skies are beautiful.

Not many people are out in the mornings. I met up with a few joggers.

Remember the brightly lit castle?

And the sphinx at the pyramid?

And before I know it, the days are over and the twinkling nights begin.

Elvis was back on the streets greeting people.

From Planet Hollywood to Paris.

The Parisian hotel.

The street entertainment is always fun.

Motorcycle riders started to fill the streets, crashing through buildings.

Even their bikes are lit up for the occasion.

This guy was kind enough to let me take his picture.

But I think I loved this sign most of all.

The lights are coming on

Good morning doggies. As promised, I'm sending you pictures from Vegas.

My first stroll down the strip. There are millions of people here and tons of construction.

Just a few shots of the strip.

Just look to the bright light in the sky, I'm in the hotel right next door.

I seem to surrounded by pyramids and...

castles.

I've already had an Elvis sighting.

The kitties are larger than life, I don't think you would want to mess with these guys.

Even McDonalds twinkles here.

Okie dokie doggies, I miss you and your momma very much, but I have to get some work done and it is off to class.

Love, your momma T

Mom, can I go?

Hey mom, where are we going? I wanna go, I wanna go!

I will let you in on a secret. I don't think any of us get to go.

Oh mommy, please don't leave us.

Who will keep the blog going while the T-mommy is in Las Vegas? How can she go without us? Won't she miss us?

We'll miss you mommy. Post pictures for us from Vegas if you get a chance.

This isn't looking good

I had to have a bath tonight. I thought that meant I might get to go with the suitcase.

Sadly, the kibble is not packed. I think I might have to stay home.

Rut Ro

The momma's got a suitcase out. That means someone is going somewhere. Don't see the kibble packed yet.

Who's going? Where are they going? Why are they going? What are they gonna do? When are they gonna come back? How can they leave us?

Somethings in the air

Somethings happening, I can smell it in the air.

I don't know where and I'm not sure when.

But I'm on the look-out.

The week-end has finally arrived.

After a week that looked something like this.

Dine 'n' Dash

Unlike the other doggies, Clancy prefers a more formal dining atmosphere.

On a cushion in the middle of the room. Not quite sure where and when he decided this was the only place to eat.

He often enjoys brown bagging his food. That is, he drops it outside of his bowl and goes back to it. Maybe that is dessert?

But perhaps the quirkiest part of his dining habit is to immediately pick up his bowl and move it.

Every night Clancy we watch you move your bowl to some undisclosed location.

Clancyman, your bowl is empty, why do you insist upon moving it?

Oh boy, another toy

Oh boy, oh boy, how I love my toys.

And there are two of them. Jackpot!

I always prance best with a toy. Can you see me? Can you see me now?

Coming your direction.

Go on, give my toy a toss.

That's it. Going long.

Woo hoo! Touch down.

Yep, I'm winding up, I'm ready, ...

I'm doing the happy dance.

And I'm off again.

Happy dog, I'm a happy dog.
