Up, Up and Away

Once again we made our way down to the balloon festival in Albany.


We got there just as they were getting the first balloon ready to go up.


As the National Anthem played, the first balloon rose to the skies.


And as soon as the National Anthem finished, other teams hustled to get their balloons ready.


Everyone on the team took their position and the balloons began to fill with air.


Once they expanded, it was time to heat the air up.


Pilots manned their position.


The grounds around us were beginning to look quite colorful.

I think we counted 37 balloons filling the skies over Albany.
